Q: Is Rebound Institute a drug rehabilitation facility?

A: NO. Although we offer help for individuals struggling with all kinds of addictions (whether a substance, gambling, technology, or other), we offer support for individuals from all walks of life. We identify as a wellness center that helps participating individuals live a more balanced and fulfilled lives to retain happiness and well-being.

Q: What is the length of the program?

A: Participants are recommended to stay between 30-60 days at Rebound Institute to have the opportunity to gain as much knowledge as possible, although each participant has the ability to design their program around their needs.

Q: What are the addiction services that you provide?

A: Along with providing many other services to help individuals who want an overall more balanced and fulfilled life, we offer addiction services that include medical detox, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and residential treatment.

Q: What if an emergency were to occur while I was staying at your facility?

A: No worries! Along with a crisis prevention team and program, Rebound Institute offers nurses, therapists, and nutritionists as needed, 24 hours a day to help with any emergency that may occur!

Q: Will my family be a part of my time at Rebound Institute?

A: Absolutely! We believe and understand that your family is important to your inner growth and development with us, so we implement a “family counseling weekend” so that your family and loved ones can reap the rewards of beneficial family/relationship therapies and also catch up with you!

Q: I have a concurring mental illness along with an addiction. Can you still help?

A: Absolutely! In fact, it is not all uncommon for individuals suffering from addiction to also experience mental illness of some kind. To accommodate you and others with similar situations, we have developed a dual diagnosis program to address underlying causes of both addiction and mental health issues. Additionally, mental health specialists can assist you with medication management as well as teach you about nutrition and exercise that can reduce symptoms of mental illness.

Q: Are your addiction treatment programs 12 step based?

A: Although many therapies at Rebound Recovery may incorporate foundational basis of 12 step programs, we also understand that many individuals may not feel as though 12 step programs are for them. Instead of providing the traditional 12 step therapy with chairs, coffee, and introductions, we take on therapy a whole new way. Twelve step alternative resources are offered to all who are interested, as well as innovative therapies including adventure therapy, nutrition counseling, and life skills training.
